The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW is a unique industrial electrical converter designed by well-trained engineers of the reputable Rexroth Indramat. This electrical converter is manufactured to improve the operational efficiency of industrial production and processing systems by accurately controlling the operation of electrical motors used in these systems in accordance with pre-determined configurational parameters. Before this electrical converter is supplied to the end user, it is tested and certified to operate according to internationally acceptable standards; the converter is also fitted with a type label which makes it very easy for the converter to be identified as soon as it is supplied to the end user. The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW electrical converter features an advanced control panel which features a one-line display unit and special pressure-sensitive keys through which the operator can interact with the converter in real-time.

The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW electrical converter is unlike conventional industrial devices as it features a multi-encoder interface which is compatible with all standard encoder designs; this multi-encoder interface makes the industrial motor perfectly suited for a synchronous, asynchronous and linear motor designs. The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW electrical converter is also designed to carry out integrated brake current measurement and monitoring. The converter also features a hall sensor box, allowing it to control MCL linear motors that use digital hall sensors.

The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW electrical converter requires an input current of about 28 amperes; at this current, it operates with a mains connection voltage that falls between 200 to about 500 volts. The connection between this converter and the industrial motor occurs through two types of cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable; these two cables should be wired separately to prevent electrical interference.
