Bosch Rexroth Indramat produced the HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW for use in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. This drive controller accepts command data from higher-level control systems and modulates motor current to support coordinated axis motion in industrial automation. The base hardware is fitted with the ADVANCED control section, which adds processing capability for drive-resident motion functions and fieldbus diagnostics. It is intended for applications where the controller must convert network commands into regulated motor output for precise axis response.

The controller exchanges real-time data with upstream PLCs over a SERCOS III master with cross communication channel. Cooling is provided by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which keeps internal components within temperature limits without external ducting. With a supply window of 3 x AC 200...500 V ±10%, the unit can operate in both 230 V and 480 V plants. The power stage can deliver 28 A peak phase current during brief overloads, which supports rapid acceleration on demanding motion profiles.
