The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-B-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It is a compact single-axis unit intended to regulate servo and synchronous motors in modular automation lines. The controller provides closed-loop speed and position control for factory machinery. Its compact format makes it suitable for installations where cabinet space must be used efficiently without giving up coordinated motor control.
The controller communicates with higher-level systems through MultiEthernet, allowing support for several Ethernet-based fieldbus protocols. Its control section is the BASIC version, so operation follows the standard IndraDrive function set for parameter handling and diagnostics. The unit accepts a mains supply of 3 × AC 200–500 V with a tolerance of ±10%. It can deliver up to 18 A of peak output current to the connected motor. DC bus energy can be shared with adjacent axes because the power section supports infeeding and fed operation.
