The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-S5-NN-FW drive controller is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It serves as the power and control stage for servo and induction motor axes, converting incoming three-phase power into regulated motor current while exchanging motion commands with higher-level PLCs. In automated equipment, it supports precise velocity and position control for packaging stations, handling gantries, and compact machining modules. This role lets the unit manage repeatable cycles and controlled acceleration without adding separate axis control hardware for each drive point.

The unit accepts a supply of 3 × AC 200…500 V ±10%, which allows connection to common industrial mains across a wide input range. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so cabinet air is circulated across the heat sink without external ducting.
