The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW, a single-sided converter from the Rexroth Bosch's IndraDrive Cs series, is intended for single-axis applications. It is designed to provide accurately regulated and variable AC voltages using a power system to generate the required DC voltage. This is especially helpful in numerous industries where servo motors should be regulated in different systems to provide accuracy and efficiency. It has efficient main connection components. Furthermore, this design is perfect for areas with limited space.
This converter can handle a maximum current of 18 A and a continuous current of 7 A, while its power supply voltage ranges between 110-230 V (1 AC) and 200-500 V (3 AC). The generator has a maximum AC power of 4.8 kW without chokes and, continuous AC power of 1.7 kW. The kind of frequency response up to 1600 Hz, depending on the switching frequency, makes it possible to perform well in various applications. The converter has an internal air cooling system with a blower incorporated within the converter to control the temperature adequately. This improvement also increases the durability, as there is no need for external cooling parts. Being only 70 mm wide, 220 mm high and 268 mm deep, it can be easily installed in places with limited space available and is designed to operate in controlled conditions due to its IP20 rating.
The converter contains an improved control unit and a control panel, which is compatible with Sercos III.
