The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is a unique electrical converter produced by the reputable Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a compatible electrical motor and form an automatization system that can provide industrial machines with an accurate supply of kinetic energy in real-time. This electrical converter is produced according to internationally acceptable standards; under normal operating conditions, it can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the risk of sudden machine breakdown or the need for frequent repairs. The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW electrical converter also belongs to the C3 product class; it should be used in an industrial environment that has access to high voltage electrical supply. Unlike a conventional industrial motor control device, this converter features a multi-encoder interface that makes it particularly compatible with a wide range of industrial motor designs, including the MSM, MSK, and MS2N motor designs. The converter also features a hall sensor adaptor box designed for the digital hall sensors present in the MCL industrial linear motor.
