The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-CN-L3-NN-FW is an industrial electrical converter manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, position and general operation of electrical motors used in the industrial servo system. This industrial motor is manufactured under ideal industrial conditions by highly trained industrial engineers; it features a housing unit that meets the IP20 protection class and maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent. This electrical converter is a highly compact device; however, its the housing only provides protection against large solid materials; for optimum protection against external interference, industrial operators should ensure the converter is installed into an additional control cabinet that provides minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-A-CC-EC-CN-L3-NN-FW electrical converter features a multi-encoder communication interface; this unique communication interface makes the converter compatible with a wide range of industrial motor designs, it also makes it possible for the converter suitable for a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more.
