The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW is a drive converter in the HCS series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It comes with a standard control panel whose four keys are used to trigger different commands and navigate other functions. This control panel also has a single-line display where users can view information like operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. Hence, it serves as a programming module and a useful tool for fault identification and resolution. The drive converter supports control sections in the BASIC range and accommodates a maximum current of 18A. Its designated mains connecting voltage is a three-phase AC voltage between 110V and 230V.
4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz are the permitted switching frequencies for the operation of the HCS01.1E-W0018-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW. The drive converter’s Ingress Protection rating is IP 20 according to EN 60529 since it does not admit solid extrinsic objects with diameters over 12mm. It has a multi-encoder interface for the connection of the most common encoder types, which have supply voltage ratings of 5V and 12V.
