The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-L4-AA-FW is an advanced drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat to control industrial motors by adjusting the electrical energy the motor receives through its power cable. This electrical converter is a very flexible device that can produce impressive results when used with a wide range of industrial machines such as printing machines, paper processing machines, packaging machines and other robotic applications. The enclosure of this industrial converter is also designed according to the IP20 protection class and can effectively prevent the penetration of foreign solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters. Although the IP20 protection provided by the enclosure of this converter provides a fairly high degree of protection, for complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-L4-AA-FW industrial motor requires a mains connecting voltage that falls between 110 to about 230 volts, this mains connecting voltage ensures the converter through a special three-phase electrical connector. This converter also features an economy control panel through which the end user can monitor and send command instructions into the converter in real time. The industrial converter features a multi-encoder interface that can inteprete information from the major encoder designs including the EnDat2.1, EnDat2.2, SSI, C, TTL, and the MSM encoder designs.
