Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-SB-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It functions as a compact inverter that conditions incoming three-phase power and modulates current to servo and induction motors, forming the core actuator interface in automated assembly lines, packaging equipment, and material-handling axes. Motion logic is executed by the BASIC control section, which matches the intended control architecture for this power module.
It draws power from a three-phase mains of 3 x AC 110–230 V ±10%, so the controller fits low-voltage factory circuits without step-down transformers. Communication with the plant network is handled through MultiEthernet, allowing multiple standard industrial protocols on the same port. The power stage can deliver up to 13 A of peak current to the connected motor, which supports short-term acceleration and braking torque at the axis. For thermal management, the housing uses internal air cooling driven by an integrated blower, moving cabinet air across the heat sink instead of relying on external ducts. Its enclosure carries an IP20 rating, so it must be installed inside a protected electrical cabinet to avoid contact with live parts.
The signal path for feedback is stabilized by the dedicated IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder interface on Interface 1, while Interface 2 remains unequipped for optional expansion. The unit is design version 1, which indicates the first mechanical release of the HCS01 line. DC-bus energy moves through an infeeding and regenerative feed arrangement, so the drive can supply neighboring converters or absorb returned energy during deceleration. The controller remains a standard build without added optional features beyond the installed interface and control configuration.
