Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-AW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As an HCS Drive Controller, it regulates torque, speed, and position of connected servo axes in a compact cabinet-mount format for general industrial automation. It works between the supply section and the motor to convert commanded values into controlled motor current. It is intended for compact cabinet installations where multiple servo axes must be coordinated from a shared drive platform. No supplementary option cards are fitted, so the standard configuration remains focused on core motion control.
Within the controller, the communication backplane features MultiEthernet, so the device can link to PLCs over PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT. The control section is supplied in the BASIC variant, which suits standard motion tasks. Power is accepted from a three-phase supply rated at 3 x AC 110...230 V ±10%, a range commonly used in compact machinery. During acceleration, the inverter can deliver a peak output of 13 A, which is the maximum short-term current available to the motor windings. Protection against solid objects is limited to finger-safe access because the housing is classified as IP20. Internal airflow from an integrated blower removes switching losses and supports continuous operation without external ducting. The unit is design version 1.
For feedback, Interface 1 supports Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2, giving the controller access to high-resolution position data, while Interface 2 is left unused. That feedback arrangement allows compatible motors to transmit rotor position directly to the control section for closed-loop operation. Drive power is obtained from a common DC bus with infeed operation, allowing the unit to share regenerated energy with other converters. The controller is part of the HCS01 line and has no dedicated safety interface, which keeps the layout straightforward in systems that already use external safety relays.
