The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-AA-FW is an HCS drive converter designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It can be integrated in multiple Ethernet field bus systems, including EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, and sercos III thanks to its Multi-Ethernet communication module. Its compact design allows its simple installation within a control cabinet where it is mounted in line with the G1 style. Cooling occurs via forced air cooling within this housing; this supports the forced cooling air current. It also prevents the generation of pockets of heat during the unit’s operation. The supported control sections for the HCS model are those in the BASIC range. Its mains connecting voltage is a three-phase AC voltage between 110V and 230V.
4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz are the allowed switching frequencies for the operation of the HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-AA-FW. It also accommodates a maximum current of 13A. Its two multi-encoder interfaces support standard encoder types with supply voltage ratings of 5V and 12V. Some of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the MSK motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the MSM motor encoder.
