Occupying the compact HCS01 frame size, it combines power conversion, axis regulation, and fieldbus communication in a single module. When mounted inside a cabinet, it supervises individual or coordinated servo axes by delivering commanded current, tracking encoder feedback, and forwarding status information to higher-level PLCs in automated assembly lines, packaging equipment, and material-handling cells. The architecture supports deterministic motion cycles for multi-axis gantries and pick-and-place robots. Its integrated layout reduces the number of separate modules needed for a compact servo axis.
In the HCS01 line, the base unit draws power from a 3 x AC 110...230 V network that may fluctuate by ±10% without loss of regulation. Peak inverter output is 13 A, which is suitable for small and medium IndraDyn servo motors. Motion data moves through a SERCOS III master link that permits cross communication between axes.
