Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-S4-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. The device converts incoming three-phase power, creates regulated DC link energy, and drives servo axes while executing motion commands supplied by the plant control system. By integrating power electronics and a designated control section inside a 65 mm-wide housing, it supports space-limited cabinet layouts and simplifies wiring in material handling cells, printing machines, and automated assembly lines.
It operates from a mains supply of 3 x AC 110...230 V ±10%, allowing use in low-voltage plants worldwide without an additional transformer. Thermal management is handled by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so no external ducting is required to keep heat within limits. During acceleration or transient overloads, the power stage can deliver up to 13 A of peak current, providing adequate headroom for small and medium-torque motors. Component ingress protection is rated at IP20, meaning live parts must be installed in an enclosure while routine cabinet airflow remains unaffected. All drive logic resides in the factory-paired ADVANCED control section, which adds fast processing for demanding interpolation and safety options.
For networked motion, a built-in SERCOS III master with cross communication port exchanges real-time data with neighboring drives, enabling synchronous multi-axis profiles without a dedicated PLC bus coupler. Feedback from motors is accepted through the IndraDyn encoder interface for Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2, so absolute position data is available after power-up. An additional MultiEthernet connection supports protocols such as EtherNet/IP and PROFINET for supervisory diagnostics or parameter access. Energy is supplied by an infeeding and fed power module that returns regenerated power to the DC link, reducing braking resistor losses during frequent deceleration cycles.
