The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately monitor and control the speed, position, and general operation of synchronous, asynchronous and linear motors used in industrial production and processing machines. This electrical converter is manufactured by industrial professionals according to international standards, under normal operating conditions the converter can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the risk of sudden machine breakdown. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-FW electrical converter features a housing unit that provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, however, for effective protection against small external interference, the controller requires connection into an additional control cabinet that can provide protection that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-L3-NN-FW electrical converter contains an internal air blower which functions to keep the internal temperature of the converter within a permissible range through the process of forced ventilation. To aid the temperature regulation process of the electrical converter, industrial operators must ensure the converter is integrated into a position that allows the easy movement of air in and out of its housing unit.
