The Bosch Rexroth HCS01.1E-W0009-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is a best-in-class drive controller in the HCS 01 series. The device as well as its additional components, except for a few braking resistors, must be mounted only in a control cabinet. When the power is turned on, the electrical connection points of the unit’s components should not be touched. As per the operating conditions, the temperature on the surface of the product can be more than 60 °C during or after operation. The personnel working in the vicinity of the device should wear safety gloves and/or other suitable safety gear. Before switching on the HCS 01 drive controller, the equipment grounding conductor should be permanently connected to all the electric components by following the connection diagram given in the product manual. Only qualified persons should operate, maintain and/or repair the parts of the electric drive and the control system. The device has an infeed power supply.
