The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is an electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous, induction and linear motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This converter is a compact device that features a housing unit that can provide it with a high degree of protection against the interference of large solid materials, however, to ensure complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class. The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is also an environmentally friendly device that does not generate a high amount of noise or release any dangerous chemicals during operation. The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied to the end user with a firmware module, this can be separately ordered by the industrial operator depending on the industrial application the converter is required for. The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW electrical converter features a multi-encoder interface which allows it to communicate with a wide range of motor encoder designs including the TTL, C, MS2N, MSM and the BiSS encoder designs. The converter also features a digital hall sensor adaptor box which allows it to operate with the MCL motor that features the digital hall sensors.
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is designed to be used at an ambient temperature range that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius, however when the converter is not in operation, it can be kept at a temperature as high as 80 degree Celsius.
