These units are components of the IndraDrive drive system mainly used in machine tools, food packaging and processing machines, and handling and mounting systems.
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-AW is a drive converter in the HCS series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its enclosure has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 20 according to EN 60529, indicating that solid external objects like fingers and some tools, with diameters over 12mm cannot penetrate it. Hence, the drive unit’s service life is extended and users are protected from unintended contact with its internal components. This HCS model is operated with a three-phase AC mains connecting voltage between 110V and 230V and accommodates a maximum current of 9A. It uses an internal cooling mechanism for heat dissipation, ensuring that the temperature limits for its safe operation are not exceeded.
Several encoders are compatible with the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-AW thanks to its multi-encoder interface.
