Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It conditions three-phase mains power, manages feedback signals, and issues regulated current to servo axes for coordinated motion and positioning tasks in automated machinery. The compact control-and-power arrangement makes it suitable for standalone axes as well as multi-axis machine sections that need precise speed and position response. A dedicated safety interface is not present, so emergency-stop or safe-torque-off functions must be handled by external circuitry.
A flexible network layer is provided by the integrated MultiEthernet port, so the unit can reside on several real-time Ethernet topologies without additional hardware. The power section accepts 3 × AC 110–230 V ±10% and can deliver a peak output of 9 A, enabling low- to mid-power motor operation from common factory supplies. Thermal stability is maintained by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which circulates cabinet air across the heat sink. The housing carries an IP20 rating, so it is finger safe but still intended for installation in a closed electrical enclosure. Motion commands are processed in the control section identified as BASIC, which supports standard drive tasks without advanced safety or high-end technology functions.
For feedback, Interface 1 supports IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder feedback, allowing direct connection of high-resolution absolute sensors. Interface 2 offers encoder emulation, so legacy controllers can receive synthesized incremental signals from the same drive. The hardware is built to Version 1, which identifies the first design version of the HCS01 line. The power supply section supports infeeding and shared DC-bus operation, so the unit can return regenerated energy when paired with compatible modules.
