The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-AA-FW is a compact drive controller from this line that conditions three-phase mains power and modulates it for servo or induction motors used in conveyor, packaging, and assembly stations. Positioned between the supply and the motor, it combines power conversion with control logic so that axis speed, position, and torque follow commands issued by the plant PLC or motion processor. This makes the unit suitable for controlled motion tasks in automated manufacturing cells where compact drive hardware is required.
Field connectivity is handled by a MultiEthernet port, enabling real-time exchange with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT networks without additional option cards. The power stage accepts 3 x AC 110–230 V ±10% and can deliver up to 9 A of peak output, allowing the paired motor to receive short-term current during acceleration or load changes. Thermal energy is removed by internal blower cooling, so an integrated fan moves cabinet air across the heat sinks without external ducting.
