HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth drive controller. It is part of the IndraDrive product line. A safety module installed on the unit supports safe torque off and safe brake control. Safe Torque Off (STO) is a safety feature which allows the motor to be stopped or prevented from starting without cutting off the power supply to the drive. Instead of completely cutting off the power, the STO function disables the output stage of the drive and removes torque from the motor, ensuring that it cannot accidentally start or continue to run.
