HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-NN-NN-FW is an industrial drive controller. It is especially designed for applications that require precise motor control. Under optimal operating conditions, the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-NN-NN-FW can deliver 9 Amps output. The input voltage range is 110 to 230 Volts AC. Bosch has designed the controller for connection to three-phase AC systems. The controller has an enclosure with IP20 protection rating. This rating implies protection from solids with 12 millimeter dimensions. However, the enclosure does not protect against dust or liquid ingress. Especially for outdoor use, it must be mounted inside a control cabinet. The recommended method is to attach the rear side of the controller to the mounting surface. If there are any space restrictions, operators can mount the unit by attaching either the left side or the right side to the mounting surface.
Resistors installed near the back side of the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-NN-NN-FW get heated during operation.
