The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is a compact HCS drive converter for ADVANCED control units. It is suitable for several standard encoders, including the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the SSI encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. These encoders have supply voltage ratings of 5V and 12V and are connected to the multi-encoder interface of the HCS model. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display and four operating keys. Operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings can be viewed on this user panel, which also serves as its programming module.
A sercos III master module is present in the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW for cross-communication. The drive converter’s safety technology module is Safe Torque Off (STO), a cost-effective option for preventing the drive from starting unintentionally. Its operation must be done with a three-phase AC mains connecting voltage between 110V and 230V and a maximum current of 9A. It also permits switching frequencies of 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, or 16kHz.
