It can be used or machine tools, for machines in the food and packaging industry as well as in printing machines and solar cell production machines as well as in the semiconductor industry.
The unit features fan control that is dependent on the performance of the unit. There is also monitoring and measurement of the integrated brake current. If there are any fatal errors on the device the motor will shut down automatically as the winding short circuits. There are two available options for buffering data thanks to MSM encoders. The battery box can be mounted close to the motor and this drive controller only requires one battery box. A battery can be connected with the D-sub connector cable or you can also connect an uninterruptible power supply in the same area if that makes more sense for your operation. To operate MCL linear motors a hall sensor adapter can be used.
This compact controller from Rexroth Bosch can be operated in a cabinet with a fan as long as the corresponding filters are properly installed. Improper installation of filters or using filters that do not correspond can lead to malfunction of the unit. Filters should be installed at the air intake opening so that unclean air entry is prevented into the control cabinet. Filters should be serviced at regular intervals and should only be replaced when the fan is switched off.
