The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a servo inverter for small and medium-power axes, it provides closed-loop regulation of synchronous and asynchronous motors used in packaging, material handling, and assembly stations. The module combines a power section and a replaceable control section in one housing so that machine builders can integrate axis control, fieldbus communication, and functional safety without adding standalone components.
The controller communicates with PLCs through the MultiEthernet interface, enabling EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT access without extra option cards. It ships with a control section designated BASIC, which supports positioning functions and matches the stated pairing guideline. Thermal management relies on internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so separate cabinet airflow is not required.
