The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NW is a high quality converter system used with the IndraDrive Cs Drive control systems. This model has many use cases in modern industries and can be used for general automation for automating assembly and handling systems. The converter can also be used for logistics, pick and place systems, and palletizing systems. This drive control unit is also used in the semi conductor industry where it is used for wafer and semiconductor production in addition to cleaning, handling, metalizing, and solar cell production. The system comes with a compact type construction and is provided with a control panel with a programming module function. This model also provides scalable signal processing and firmware options. The converter comes with a multi encoder interface for all standard encoders including Hiperface, TTL, sin/cos, resolver, MSM encoder, and MS2N encoders.
The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NW is provided with a performance dependent fan control option for longer operation without overheating. The system also contains integrated brake current monitoring and measurement. This converter is a basic version model and is provided with multi ethernet option for communication. Alternatively, the CANopen and Profibus DP options can also be used. This model is also provided with an optional multi encoder interface for encoder evaluation. The system is provided with multiple integrated safety options. This model has the L3 (safe torque off) and L4 (safe torque off and safe brake control) options as well. The system is also provided with the IndraMotion MLD-S technology and also comes with freely configurable digital inputs and outputs. The convert also has a control panel with a microSD slot.
