The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-B-ET-EC-CN-S4-NN-FW drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a modular servo inverter, it provides power processing and motion control for compact automation cells, conveyor axes, and packaging stations. It enables precise speed and torque regulation for synchronous and induction motors used throughout factory lines. Its compact format supports cabinet-based installations where motor control and power conversion need to be combined in one drive unit.
It accepts a three-phase supply in the range of 200–500 V AC (±10%) and converts it into regulated motor power while tolerating momentary load surges up to 8 A of peak current. The power electronics are cooled by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, eliminating the need for cabinet ducting. For communication with higher-level controllers, the unit integrates a MultiEthernet port that supports Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT profiles. Feedback and fieldbus links are provided on the front panel for direct access during installation.
