The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. In an automation cell, it forms the power and control interface between the plant’s AC mains and a connected motor, processing command data and encoder feedback so the axis follows velocity, torque, or position profiles from a higher-level PLC. Communication is handled through an integrated MultiEthernet port, which carries motion commands and status updates over several industrial Ethernet protocols. This arrangement lets the controller fit machines that need networked motion control without adding a separate communication module or gateway.

The controller uses a BASIC control section for standard motion tasks, including routine speed, torque, and position control.
