The Bosch HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is an IndraDrive drive controller. It is designed for use with motors from the MSM, MCL, MSK and MS2N product lines. HCS controller have a compact construction with IP20 protection. The controller comes with a standard control panel that allows controller programming. A standard control panel does not support hot plug: operators must connect it before the controller is powered on. The controller firmware is ordered separate from the controller hardware. The controller component that performs processing functions is the control section. The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is equipped with an advanced control section. Input voltage range for the controller is 200 to 500 Volts AC. The maximum output current is 8 Amps. HCS controllers have a modular design. The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW features a multi-encoder interface and Multi-Ethernet communication.
A safety module installed on the HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW supports both safe torque off and safe brake control. One slot on the controller is available for a hardware module. The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW cools via natural convection. It dissipates heat inside the cabinet. Operators can mount it by mounting the right, the left side, or the back side to the mounting surface. The preferred mounting method is attaching the back side of the controller to the mounting surface.
