The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a drive controller, it regulates servo axes in automated machines by converting command data into controlled motor current. The unit integrates the power stage and control layer, linking facility power to synchronous or asynchronous actuators while monitoring feedback in real time. It occupies a compact single-axis frame and is intended to work directly with IndraDyn encoders and IndraDrive control sections in distributed manufacturing cells.
The controller accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 200 to 500 V ±10%, allowing operation on common factory power grids without a transformer. Cooling is provided by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which moves air across the heat sink so no separate cabinet airflow is required for the unit itself. During acceleration or regenerative braking, the power stage can deliver up to 8 A of peak current to the connected axis. The enclosure is rated IP20, so the controller must be installed inside a cabinet. Command, feedback, and diagnostics are exchanged over a SERCOS III master with cross communication link that supports deterministic data exchange between multiple drives. The unit is version 1, the second interface slot is empty, and no safety interface is installed.
