The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Within an automation cell, it supplies regulated power and motion commands to synchronous or asynchronous motors, acting as the interface between the PLC and the machine axis. By combining current regulation, field-oriented control, and integrated safety, the unit supports precise speed or torque loops in packaging lines, material-handling stations, and similar multi-axis installations. This arrangement allows the motor and controller to respond quickly to changing load and motion commands during normal machine operation.
The controller exchanges axis data through a SERCOS III master with cross communication port that delivers deterministic timing on a fiber-optic or Ethernet ring.
