Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-ET-SB-NN-FW drive controller as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Within the HCS01 line, this unit functions as a compact power stage that converts mains energy into regulated motor current for servo or induction axes used in automated machinery. It includes a detachable control section that closes the motion loop and coordinates multi-axis tasks, enabling precise torque, speed, and position control where cabinet space, thermal management, and deterministic networking are critical. This arrangement allows the power section and control electronics to work together for coordinated axis operation in automated systems.

The power module accepts 3 × AC 200…500 V ±10% and can supply up to 8 A of peak current to the connected motor. Energy exchange with the DC bus uses infeeding and regenerative operation, which supports shared bus operation and returned energy flow during deceleration.
