The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-S4-NN-FW is a panel-mounted drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It modulates current and voltage supplied to synchronous or induction servomotors so that factory machines can follow precise motion commands from PLC or CNC systems. As a member of the HCS01 line, the unit shares a common mechanical outline with related models, which helps cabinet layout and supports consistent axis integration in multi-drive systems. The controller is intended for installation in centralized control cabinets where the power stage and control electronics remain accessible from the front.
The electrical section accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 200 to 500 V with a tolerance of ±10%, allowing use on a wide range of industrial power systems. Inside, an integrated blower provides internal air cooling, so no external ducting is required and heat is moved away from the power modules. The controller can deliver up to 8 A of peak output current, which fits medium-torque servomotors in packaging and handling applications. Its IP20 enclosure is finger-safe, but the unit must still be installed inside a protective cabinet. Because of this enclosure class, protection from dust and accidental contact must be provided by the surrounding installation.
