The HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It links industrial PLCs to individual motor axes and converts fieldbus commands into regulated torque, speed, and position control. By combining a power stage, encoder interfaces, and network communication in one housing, the unit helps reduce cabinet complexity and supports modular automation in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment. This layout keeps motion control functions centralized at the axis while preserving straightforward integration with the rest of the machine.
It operates from a three-phase mains supply of 3 x AC 200…500 V ±10%, which allows the same unit to be used across a wide industrial voltage range. The power section can deliver up to 8 A of peak current for short acceleration demands, and heat is removed by internal air cooling with an integrated blower so no external fan assembly is required. The housing has an IP20 rating, which means the controller is intended for installation inside a protective cabinet, and motion data is exchanged through a SERCOS III master with cross communication interface to keep multiple axes synchronized during operation. Its infeeding and fed power supply arrangement allows regenerative energy from decelerating axes to be returned to the DC link, and two encoder sockets accept IndraDyn Hiperface or EnDat 2.1/2.2 signals for precise feedback handling.
