The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat controller that belongs to the IP20 protection category, it has a compact construction and can be used with a wide range of motor designs. This controller comes with a control panel with programming module function. The firmware required for the controller is not delivered with it, it has to be ordered separately by operators. Integrated into the housing of this product is a multi-encoder interface that is compatible for all major encoder designs used in industrial applications, these encoders include HIPERFCAE, EnDat, SSI, TTL, Resolver and MSM encoder designs. This controller can also be used with motors that use hall sensors adaptor box, example of this is the MCL linear motors with digital hall Sensors.
Bosch Rexroth Indramat has an integrated fan with this product, the fan is performance dependent and is responsible for the cooling of the controller during operation. The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW controller carries out integrated brake current measurement and monitoring. If there is any error in the servo system, this controller that initiate the immediate shutdown of the connected motor through a winding short circuit. There is a main SERCOS III master cross communication interface on this product, however an alternative interface suited to Multi-ethernet, PROFIBUS DP and CANopen communication networks is also available on the converter.
