Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-E-S3-EC-EP-NN-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As an HCS drive controller, it provides the closed-loop power stage needed to run synchronous or induction motors inside distributed automation cabinets. By combining power conversion with motion-bus communication, the unit forms the interface between a plant’s PLC and its electromechanical axes, allowing speed, torque, and position commands to be executed accurately in packaging lines, material-handling stations, and light assembly machinery.
In operation, the controller accepts a three-phase supply of 3 × AC 110…230 V ±10%, which covers common low-voltage industrial networks worldwide. The internal power stage can deliver a device peak current of 6 A, which is suitable for small-frame servo motors that require short acceleration bursts. Heat generated by the IGBTs is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, eliminating the need for external ductwork. Communication with upper-level motion systems is handled over SERCOS III, providing deterministic cycle times for multi-axis coordination. An enclosure rating of IP20 permits installation inside a protected cabinet where no direct liquids or dust are expected.
The controller is shipped with a control section classified as ECONOMY, and it still supports the multifunction feedback socket for IndraDyn Hiperface and EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder signals. The unit is Design Version 1, and the integrated supply is specified as infeeding and feeding, so a single module can both draw power from and return regenerated energy to the DC bus. The controller does not include a safety interface, and no additional design features are included. This results in a straightforward configuration for standard machine control layouts.
