The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-AA-FW is a compact drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. The device combines power conversion, motion control, and communication functions to command single-axis or grouped servo systems in automated assembly, printing, and packaging equipment. Electrical input is a three-phase supply of 3 × AC 110–230 V ±10%, which allows installation on machines powered from common plant distribution panels. Network access is handled through the integrated MultiEthernet port, enabling real-time motion communication and parameter access without an extra interface card. The power stage delivers a peak output current of 6 A, giving the inverter enough headroom for short acceleration demands. The housing is rated IP20, so it is touch-safe but intended for installation inside a control cabinet. Rotor position feedback is processed through IndraDyn Hiperface and EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder support, allowing precise closed-loop control and accurate speed regulation. This combination supports stable speed and position loops during indexing, synchronization, and short settling moves.
The controller is supplied with the BASIC control section already matched to the power module. Thermal management uses internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which removes heat without external ductwork. A dedicated fieldbus slot provides PROFIBUS connectivity for systems that still rely on established PLC networks. The power supply topology supports infeeding and fed operation, so the unit can exchange DC-bus energy with linked converters in a shared system. Safety functions are not integrated into this version, and the product is identified as design version 1.
