Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-SB-NN-FW is a compact drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It combines line-side power conversion, axis monitoring, and communication tasks to coordinate motion in automated equipment. The device belongs to the HCS01 sub-series, which targets low-power servo axes found in packaging machines, pick-and-place stations, and light material-handling cells. Integrated control logic translates fieldbus commands into regulated motor currents, allowing consistent speed, torque, and position loops across multi-axis assemblies. That control structure helps the drive respond smoothly to changing motion commands during positioning, indexing, and speed control.
The power section accepts 3 x AC 110–230 V ±10%, so the unit can connect directly to standard factory mains without a step-down transformer. During acceleration or quick load changes, it can source a peak of 6 A, which provides short-term current support for small servo axes. Heat is removed through internal air cooling, and the housing carries an IP20 rating, so the controller is intended for installation inside a protected control cabinet. Network integration is handled by the MultiEthernet interface, which supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Sercos over Ethernet, and EtherCAT through a single communication connection. This combination suits compact systems that need flexible network selection without changing the basic controller layout.
The unit is design version 1 and uses a BASIC control section for core axis functions. Feedback wiring is handled through an Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.2 connector on Interface 1, while Interface 2 remains empty to avoid unused connections. The DC bus supports Infeeding / Feeded operation, so the module can either supply or absorb regenerated power within a multi-drive group. Using one populated feedback interface can simplify cable routing in compact cabinets where space is limited. Regenerated energy can circulate on the shared DC bus during braking and acceleration instead of being handled only at a single axis.
