The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Positioned in the compact HCS01 line, it is intended for low-power servo axes in automated machinery where coordinated torque and speed control are required. The unit exchanges operating data with higher-level PLCs and supports precise motion tasks in compact machine sections. Its small format also suits machine layouts where cabinet space is limited and several control devices must be installed close together.
This controller accepts a three-phase supply of 3 × AC 110…230 V ±10% and can deliver up to 6 A of peak output current to the connected axis. Communication to plant networks is handled by the MultiEthernet interface, which supports common industrial Ethernet communication through one integrated platform. Position feedback is processed through a single encoder connection that supports Encoder IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 protocols, allowing compatibility with several motor feedback types. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, so the controller is intended for installation inside a protected cabinet. Internal airflow from the built-in blower removes heat directly within the unit and helps maintain stable operation in compact control panels.
The safety layer provides STO (Safe Torque Off), allowing the motor to be de-energized through certified safety terminals. The device uses the control section designated BASIC, and this arrangement corresponds to Design Version 1. The power section is classified as Infeeding / Feeded, which allows the DC bus to either supply or absorb energy as axis demand changes. This operating mode supports shared DC-bus use in multi-axis systems where power flow changes during acceleration and deceleration.
