The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Intended for compact automation racks, the unit supervises power conversion and closed-loop regulation between the incoming mains supply and synchronous or induction servomotors used on packaging lines, handling modules, and pick-and-place stations. Its integrated power stage, encoder channels, and fieldbus interface let one device manage motor current, position feedback, and network communication inside a small cabinet area. This arrangement supports coordinated axis movement while reducing the number of separate components mounted beside the drive.
It communicates with higher-level PLCs through the MultiEthernet interface, supporting common real-time protocols without additional option modules. The power section accepts 3 x AC 110...230 V ±10%, so the controller fits three-phase utility supplies used in small machines and modular equipment. During acceleration it can source up to 6 A of peak current, which suits smaller servo axes that need short bursts of torque for rapid indexing, transfer motion, and repeat positioning.
