The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-L3-NN-AW drive controller is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series in the HCS01 line. It serves compact axes by converting mains power into controlled output for IndraDyn servo motors used in conveyors, pick-and-place units, and material-processing stations. By combining power electronics and motion logic in one housing, the device forms the interface between a PLC and the mechanical load.
The control electronics accept a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 110...230 V ±10%, allowing the module to operate on low- or medium-voltage grids. From that input, the power section can deliver a peak current of 6 A for brief acceleration bursts on light axes. Internal thermal management relies on internal air cooling through an integrated blower, and the built-in fan moves heat across the heatsink without external ducting. Cabinet installation is supported by the IP20 housing, which provides finger protection while permitting airflow. Command and diagnostic data are exchanged over the MultiEthernet port, allowing communication through EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT. The unit is design version 1 and uses the same mechanical platform found across HCS01 controllers.
The unit is paired with a control section coded as BASIC, which indicates the standard configuration level for this controller. Two identical feedback ports marked IndraDyn encoder feedback with Hiperface or EnDat 2.1/2.2 let the drive read absolute position data from synchronous motors without additional gateway cards.
