The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-NN-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art electrical converter produced by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, position and general operation of electrical motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This electrical converter controls the operation of electrical motors by accurately adjusting the current, voltage, and frequency of the electrical energy supplied to the motor in a way to generate a motor response proportional to pre-determined configurational parameters. The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied with a compatible firmware module, however, this can be ordered by the end-user as a separate unit. This industrial converter features about 8 digital and single analogue input interfaces, it also features a multi-ethernet command communication interface which controls the communication between the converter and all other parts of the industrial servo system.
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-NN-NN-FW requires a continuous input current of about 6 amperes for operation, at this input current, the converter operates with mains connecting voltage that falls between 110 to about 230 volts. During operation, this electrical converter can generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes, to prevent industrial accidents, the converter should be properly grounded before it is switched on for operation.
