The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-L4-NN-FW is a new-generation electrical converter produced by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of electrical motors by adjusting the electrical current, voltage and frequency received by the motor during operation. This electrical converter is produced under ideal industrial conditions, unlike conventional industrial machines, it features a compact housing unit designed to provide its internal components with complete protection against foreign solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimetres. Also, under normal operating conditions, this converter can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent, it can also be used in a wide range of industrial applications such as general automation, food processing and packaging, and semiconductor and paper processing applications. The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-L4-NN-FW electrical converter is designed with an advanced control panel that is made up of a sophisticated display unit, and about four pressure-sensitive keys through which the operator can send command instructions into the motor in real-time.
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-L4-NN-FW features an internal air blower which is designed to generate internal air supply and keep the operational temperature of the motor under a permissible range. Although this air regulation mechanism is extremely effective, industrial operators should ensure that the converter is integrated into a position that allows the easy movement of cool air in and out of the housing of the industrial motor.
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-L4-NN-FW electrical converter features a unique multi-encoder interface that makes it compatible with a wide range of industrial encoder designs including the BiSS, SSI, TTL, resolver, and the MSM design. This industrial motor also features a hall sensor adaptor which makes it able to communicate with MCL linear motors that feature digital hall sensors instead of conventional encoder designs.
