Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs family of drive converters are compact multi-protocol systems designed to meet the need for an open and seamless design. They are characterized by a compact construction, Ethernet-based communication with multi-protocol support, a multi-encoder interface, and optional integrated safety technology. The areas of application of these drive converters include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is a high-performance drive converter in the HCS01 series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is designed to function with ADVANCED control sections, and its control communication is via a SERCOS III interface (cross-communication). It has a multi-encoder interface, which makes it compatible with the most common encoder types. These encoders include the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the MS2N motor encoder, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. Like other drive converters in the series, it is used for IndraDyn and third-party motors within 0.05KW and 9kW.
Designed to be installed in a control cabinet, the HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW eliminates heat via internal air cooling. The mains connection voltage for its operation is a three-phase AC voltage that ranges from 110V to 230V. Its maximum current is 6A. This drive converter is equipped with an intelligent standard operating panel with a single-line display which shows real-time operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. It employs Safe Torque Off with Safe Brake Control as its safety technology module.
