The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02 is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It conditions three-phase mains power, generates regulated motor currents, and exchanges control signals with PLCs to run single-axis or multi-axis automation equipment. By integrating current regulation, protective monitoring, and communication functions into a narrow housing, the unit supports compact machine layouts in material-handling, packaging, and light machining applications.

An internal blower channels plant air across the heat sinks, so the cooling method is internal air cooling through an integrated blower, which avoids external ducting and maintains forced convection inside the control cabinet. The controller accepts a mains input of 3 x AC 110–230 V ±10%, enabling operation on low-voltage factory networks worldwide. During dynamic events, the power stage can deliver a device peak current of 6 A, giving overhead for torque surges on light mechanical loads.
