The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-PB-S4-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat drive controller in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It combines power conversion with axis control so that servo or induction motors receive precisely timed voltage and current profiles for positioning, synchronized transport, or speed-regulated duties in automated machinery. The unit works with a separate control section, creating a modular platform that supports scalable performance while keeping cabinet depth consistent and preserving a familiar wiring layout across related axes. This separation of power and control functions also allows the drive platform to be adapted to different axis tasks without changing the main power stage.
The controller operates from a 3 x AC 200...500 V ±10% supply and can deliver up to 5 A of peak output, making it suitable for low-power handling axes and conveyor feeders. Heat generated by the IGBTs is removed through internal air cooling, using an integrated blower that helps limit external cabinet airflow requirements.
