The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-NN-FW drive controller is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. Within the HCS01 line, this version 1 unit integrates the power stage, control logic, and blower-assisted cooling in a 50 mm-wide IP20 housing. It accepts three-phase mains power and fieldbus commands, then supplies regulated current to an attached IndraDyn motor so machine axes can follow precise speed and torque references in automated handling, packaging, and general motion platforms.

The power input window spans 3 × AC 200…500 V ±10%, allowing the same unit to operate on a wide range of plant voltages without transformer adaptation. During acceleration or transient load events, it can deliver a device peak current of 5 A, which is the maximum inverter output during those conditions. Thermal energy from the IGBTs is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, eliminating the need for external ducting.
