The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-S5-NN-FW is an HCS drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a compact drive unit, it is used in decentralized servo axes and converts three-phase mains power into regulated output for synchronous or asynchronous motors in industrial automation lines. Its function is to manage torque, speed, and position by coordinating power electronics with feedback data, allowing motion sequences to stay synchronized with PLC commands in conveyor, packaging, and assembly applications.
This controller accepts a supply of 3 x AC 200...500 V with a tolerance of ±10%, allowing operation on a wide range of industrial power systems. Once energized, the power section can deliver a device peak current of 5 A, which is suitable for low-power servo axes in small indexing tables and compact gantries. Heat generated by the power electronics is removed through internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so no external ducting is required. The control section is specified as Basic, so parameter handling and diagnostics follow the standard IndraDrive function set. Network connectivity is provided through a MultiEthernet interface that supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT, depending on the selected configuration.
