The communications interface of the HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-FW supports Multi-Ethernet protocols, including SERCOS III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCat. This drive converter is particularly suited for BASIC UNIVERSAL control sections. It has a three-phase mains connection voltage requirement of AC 200 to 500 V with an allowance of ±10%. Due to its compact construction, it has to be mounted in a control cabinet. The ideal conditions for the motor’s operation include an ambient temperature range of 0 to 40°C, a maximum installation altitude of 1000m, and relative humidity of 95%. It has an Ingress Protection Rating of IP 20 in accordance with the EN 60529 standard, meaning that it is safe from the penetration of solid extrinsic objects over 12mm.
A standard feature of the HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-FW is that it runs with the most common encoder systems. With this feature, an application-specific encoder system can be selected for maximum function. Supported encoder systems have a supply voltage of 5V and 12V, including the MSM, MS2N, and MSK motor encoders, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 or Hiperface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. This drive converter's integrated safety technology is the Safe Motion. It functions with IEC-compliant motion logic and industry-specific technology modules to ensure that it functions adequately for different applications. The drive converter is also equipped with an intelligent standard operating panel with a programming module function.
