Product Description:
The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It belongs to the HCS01 line, uses design version 1, and includes the ADVANCED control section assigned to this model. The unit directs power and motion commands to individual axes in automated cells, making it suitable for compact installations where cabinet space must be used efficiently. It does not include an integrated safety interface, so any required safety functions must be handled by external equipment.
The controller accepts a three-phase mains supply of 3 x AC 200 to 500 V ±10%, allowing direct connection to many industrial power systems. During acceleration, it can deliver a peak current of 5 A, which suits small servo axes and other compact motion applications. The IP20 enclosure helps protect against accidental contact and requires installation inside an enclosed control cabinet. Heat is removed by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, and the fan moves cabinet air across the heat sink without requiring external ducting. Motion data and synchronization telegrams are exchanged through a SERCOS III master with cross communication interface for deterministic timing in multi-axis operation.
Feedback is connected at the X4 terminal and supports IndraDyn Hiperface or EnDat 2.1/2.2 encoder feedback, allowing absolute position values to reach the drive without additional adapters. Network integration on X2 is handled by the MultiEthernet port for industrial Ethernet communication with higher-level control systems. High-level functions such as electronic camming are processed internally, so extra motion hardware is not required for those tasks. The power architecture also supports DC-bus energy exchange between connected converters, which allows shared bus operation in systems that use multiple drives.
